About the author: (*1959, Prague) He studied at the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Prague (1979). Since 1999, he has been a member of the "Association of Czech Graphic Artists HOLLAR". He is mainly devoted to free graphics, most often drypoint. His world is the world of women and the poetics that surrounds and creates it. Graphic sheets are a record of moments in which a flash of an action, situation, or gesture manifests itself. In the direction of abstraction, his graphics leave even the face and the concrete personality, so that there is only a line, a shape, and the corresponding tension.
