Fero Lipták / Tripple jump

Back

The exhibition entitled "Tripple jump" brings visitors a selection of the author's work, focusing primarily on his painting activities. However, it is no longer just a well-known character who accompanies us with his life stories. We often find ourselves in a fictional country with flying stump or blue fish. The author also experiments with the color scale and various black and white variations, which, despite the "colorlessness", attract the viewer with new details and one could say the author's new artistic language.

The artist Fero Lipták may not even need to be introduced. His unmistakable handwriting and a number of stories, directed by a characteristic man, have accompanied many of us for many years. And even though the character stays the same, the stories around him are never boring and are always full of ideas. The author's approach to creation evokes the view of the world from the point of view of a wise child, who is not spoiled by society but at the same time perceives all its nuances very well and wants to share them. Lipták's works emit the joy of creation and strong communication of the image with the viewer. However, nothing is amplified here and the story of the image unfolds according to our settings. Sometimes we laugh, other times we just think…

In addition to the classic acrylic technique, the exhibition also presents ink drawings, which with their minimalism balance the overall experience. However, it should be noted that painting is only one area that the author deals with. Therefore, the name "Tripple jump", which humorously refers to the author's "jumping" from film to theater and painting, but also includes a variety of topics to which the author's imagination tends to bounce.

The works of art mediate part of the author himself. Through them, we can perceive the author's mood and overall settings. Therefore, I believe that you will leave the exhibition with a good mood, maybe even with some inspiration and especially a kind of ease of being, because I personally have such feelings after every visit with Fero Lipták.
