In the years 1974-1980 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava, Department of prints and book illustration led by prof. Albin Brunovsky. Number of exhibitions in Slovakia, Czech Republic, many European countries, as well as USA and Canada. His work is characterized by fantastic zoology, real and mythic animals. Among his well-known graphic series belong World Map I - III. or Tauromachia I. - V. Peter Kľúčik is dedicated to painting and graphic art, where he uses mainly the technique of etching.
